Exchange and Return Policy

Conditions for Exchange and Return:

• Packaging must be in its original condition and undamaged.
• The customer must have the order number.

General Provisions:

• Replacement or return costs are borne by the customer, if any.
• The refund process takes 5 working days from receiving the item and confirming it is in its original condition.
• If there is a manufacturing defect, we will bear the shipping costs.

How to Return or Exchange Goods:

1. Pack the item well to avoid damage during shipping.
2. Contact us and send it to our address.
3. We will contact you to arrange the replacement or refund process when we receive the item.

Purchases Not Received from the Shipping Company:

• If the customer does not receive their order from the shipping company for any reason, they will bear the costs of returning the order to our address specified by the shipping companies.

Security:

• Electrono Store guarantees the replacement or return of all parts sold to the customer if the product does not work.
